"My name is Terrie Tipler. I work for American National Insurance Co. Carden Agency in Decatur, AL. I have worked in the insurance field for 13 years now and have not had a windshield replaced or repaired until August 6, 2002.

I was driving in my vehicle when my cell phone fell to the floorboard. I went to pick it up and took my eyes off the road for a few seconds. I hit a metal mailbox and busted my windshield. I went to work the next day and called The Glass Center to see how much this accident was going to cost me. Since I have a $1000 deductible I was paying this out of my own pocket. The lady that answered the call was very generous and helped me with the blow of the replacement. The next day Austin, the installer, came to my home and replaced my windshield. In July, I went to a seminar that The Glass Center had and was impressed with the seminar, but when I watched Austin install the windshield I was amazed at how he did everything the installer did in the video I watched at the seminar. I did ask questions, being the women I am, and he had no problems answering all of them.
